Download the Chrome extension zip file (102.97 MB).

- Double-click the zip file.
- Windows
- Right-click → Extract All.
- Linux
unzip one-am-wallet-6.4.6-chrome.zip -d one-am-wallet
Select the extracted folder containing
manifest.json.Load in Chrome
- Open Chrome and go to chrome://extensions/
- Enable Developer mode (top-right toggle).
- Click Load unpacked.
- Select the unzipped folder.
- Pin the 1AM extension from the puzzle icon in your toolbar.
Create your wallet
- Click the 1AM icon in your toolbar.
- Select Create or Recover.
- Choose your network: Stagenet, Preview, Preprod, Mainnet, or local.
- Save your 24-word recovery phrase — this is the only way to recover your wallet.
- Verify 4 random words from your phrase.
- Set a strong password (8+ chars, mixed case, number/symbol).
- Wait for the wallet to sync with the network (typically 1–2 min).

Proof server
Configure in Settings → Proof Server. The wallet uses a proof server to generate transaction proofs.

- Set the URL to your proof server.
- ProofStation
- Enter your API key. Read the setup guide
- DUST sponsorship
- Toggle on in Settings. Availability depends on the configured service.
HELP & DETAILS
Good to know.
- Wallet sync takes 1–2 min on first open after password entry.
- WASM in-browser proving is disabled (experimental).
- Only Chrome is supported (Firefox/Safari coming later).
- Transaction history only shows transactions involving your UTXOs.
- Wallet stuck on "Syncing..."
- Click the refresh icon in the header, or close and reopen the extension.
- "Wallet not initialized" error
- Lock the wallet (dropdown → Lock) and re-enter your password.
- DApp can't connect
- Make sure the DApp is using the same network as your wallet (check Settings).
- Forgot password?
- Use "Recover with seed phrase" on the lock screen. You’ll set a new password.
- AES-256-GCM encryption with 600K PBKDF2 iterations.
- Auto-lock after a configurable timeout (1–30 min).
- DApp connections require explicit user approval.
- Transaction signing requires explicit user approval.
- Brute-force protection with exponential backoff.
- All keys encrypted at rest, never stored in plaintext.
