Yes. Your keys are generated and stored locally on your device. 1AM never has access to your seed phrase or private keys.

NIGHT is Midnight's native token used for staking and governance. DUST is generated from NIGHT and used to pay transaction fees.

1AM is purpose-built for Midnight — not a multi-chain wallet with Midnight support added. Every feature is designed around Midnight's dual-state architecture.

You need NIGHT to generate DUST for transaction fees. You can receive NIGHT from the testnet faucet or other users.

1AM uses industry-standard encryption (AES-256-GCM, PBKDF2) and Midnight's battle-tested ZK proving system. Security audits are planned ahead of mainnet launch.
